Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
Before dispatch
We will try to cancel eligible orders before they are processed or dispatched. Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or handed to the courier.
After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel it. If the order is eligible for return, you can contact us after delivery and we will guide you according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
COD orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, please do not assume that an order is cancelled until we confirm the cancellation with you.
