Products and information
We aim to keep product descriptions, images, availability and prices accurate. Product appearance may vary slightly from images because of screens, lighting, packaging or manufacturer changes. We may correct errors or update product information when necessary.
Orders
Placing an order is a request to purchase. We may need to contact you to confirm order details, availability, delivery information, or COD orders. An order may be cancelled when a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, delivery cannot reasonably be completed, or another operational issue prevents fulfillment.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Cash on Delivery is available where supported.
Shipping
Our general delivery estimate is 3–5 working days within Pakistan, with free shipping where offered. Delays can occur because of courier conditions, weather, public holidays, remote locations, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.
Returns, refunds and cancellations

Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and for being available to receive a COD order where applicable. Please do not place orders with false or intentionally misleading information.

Shopify, payment providers, courier companies and other service providers may be involved in operating the store and fulfilling orders. Their own terms or policies may also apply to the services they provide.
